Growing up, I thought I was going to be a filmmaker. I started my career as a software engineer, but I've spent most of my career building teams that make new ideas a reality. (More on that here.)
I love working with creative people to sort through complex, conflicting information to identify the most important things — and then getting those things done, urgently. People who know me well describe my top qualities as curiosity and tolerance of new ideas, a driven sense of urgency, optimism, and incisive thinking.
They both combine genres to create something new, focus on the essence of what matters, and empowering other creators as an equal practice to their own self-expression.
